1. Introduction and Acceptance

This document establishes the Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms" or "Agreement") governing your access to and use of Odegon, operated by Rodnia Entertainment (hereinafter "Rodnia", "we", "us", or "our"). Odegon encompasses the website located at odegon.to, the game client, all related services, and any associated platforms.

By accessing Odegon, creating an account, or utilizing any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of all Odegon services immediately.

You represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf and assumes full responsibility for your compliance with this Agreement.

Rodnia Entertainment reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the Odegon website. Your continued use of Odegon after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage users to periodically review this document.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To access certain features of Odegon, you must create an account by completing the registration process. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

You are responsible for selecting a unique username and a secure password. Usernames must comply with these Terms and may not contain offensive, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content. Rodnia Entertainment reserves the sole right to determine whether a username is in violation and may require you to change it or suspend the account without prior notice.

Each individual is permitted to operate a limited number of accounts as defined by our current game policies. Creating accounts for the purpose of circumventing bans, restrictions, or disciplinary actions is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You bear sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances. Rodnia Entertainment staff will never request your password through any communication channel.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action:

• Sharing, selling, purchasing, trading, or transferring accounts or account credentials
• Allowing unauthorized individuals to access your account
• Using another person's account without explicit authorization from Rodnia Entertainment

You are fully responsible and liable for all activities conducted through your account, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you. Should you suspect that your account security has been compromised, you must notify Odegon support immediately through our official ticket system.

Rodnia Entertainment shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

4. Code of Conduct

All users of Odegon are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that fosters a positive, respectful, and enjoyable environment for the entire community. The following rules apply to all interactions within Odegon, including but not limited to in-game behavior, forums, chat systems, and any associated communication platforms.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using language or content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive as determined by Odegon staff
• Impersonating Odegon staff members, partners, or other players
• Organizing, promoting, or participating in groups that espouse hatred, discrimination, or bigotry of any kind
• Advertising, soliciting, or promoting third-party products, services, or websites without explicit written authorization
• Encouraging or inciting other players to violate these Terms or any applicable laws
• Distributing personal or private information of other players without their consent
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the experience of other players
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent reports or communications to Odegon staff

Odegon maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward real-money trading (RMT) of in-game assets, accounts, or services. Any attempt to buy, sell, or trade in-game items, currency, or accounts for real-world money or value is strictly prohibited.

The availability of a language filter within the game does not constitute permission to use inappropriate language. Users are expected to communicate respectfully regardless of filter settings.

5. Fair Play and Game Integrity

Odegon is committed to maintaining a fair and balanced gaming environment. The following activities are considered violations of fair play and are strictly prohibited:

• Using, developing, distributing, or promoting unauthorized third-party software, including but not limited to hacks, cheats, bots, automation tools, or modifications that alter game functionality
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for personal advantage. If you discover such an issue, you are required to report it to Odegon staff immediately and refrain from reproducing or sharing it
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of account boosting, win trading, or manipulation of game systems
• Operating more game clients simultaneously than permitted by current game policies
• Leaving an account logged in and performing automated actions while unattended. You must be able to respond to staff at all times when your character is active
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the game client, servers, or network communications
• Creating, distributing, or using server emulations or unauthorized game services

Rodnia Entertainment may employ monitoring tools and software to detect violations of fair play. By using Odegon services, you consent to such monitoring, which may include the collection of system information necessary to identify unauthorized software or activity.

6. Disciplinary Measures

Rodnia Entertainment reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate disciplinary action at its sole discretion. Disciplinary measures may include, but are not limited to:

• Verbal or written warnings
• Temporary suspension of account access
• Permanent termination of account access
• Removal or confiscation of in-game assets
• Restriction from future Odegon services and products

Disciplinary actions may be imposed with or without prior warning. The severity of the action will be determined at the sole discretion of Odegon staff, taking into consideration the nature and frequency of violations.

If you believe a disciplinary action was imposed in error, you may submit an appeal through the official Odegon ticket support system. All appeals will be reviewed, however, final decisions rest with Rodnia Entertainment.

7. Virtual Assets and Intellectual Property

All content within Odegon, including but not limited to game software, graphics, artwork, text, characters, items, currency, and all other virtual assets (collectively "Virtual Assets") are the exclusive property of Rodnia Entertainment and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your use of Odegon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Virtual Assets solely within the context of the game and in accordance with these Terms. You do not acquire any ownership rights to Virtual Assets.

Rodnia Entertainment retains the absolute right to create, modify, adjust, rebalance, remove, or otherwise alter any Virtual Assets at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Such modifications may affect the functionality, value, or availability of Virtual Assets.

You agree not to assert any claim of ownership, monetary value, or entitlement to compensation regarding any Virtual Assets, including in the event of account termination, game modifications, or service discontinuation.

8. In-Game Purchases and Shop

Odegon may offer optional in-game purchases through its integrated shop. Playing Odegon does not require any purchases; all core gameplay content is accessible without payment.

To make purchases, you may be required to add funds to your account balance through our supported payment methods. By providing payment information, you represent that you are the authorized holder of the payment method being used.

All in-game purchases are considered final upon completion. Virtual items and currency acquired through the shop are subject to the same terms as all other Virtual Assets and carry no real-world monetary value.

Rodnia Entertainment is not affiliated with or responsible for third-party payment processors. You are encouraged to review the terms and policies of any payment service before completing a transaction.

If a payment is reversed, disputed, or charged back without valid justification, your account may be immediately suspended pending investigation and may be permanently terminated if fraud is determined.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products and services offered through Odegon, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed and digital access or Virtual Assets are delivered, the purchase cannot be reversed.

In the event of a verified technical issue that prevents the delivery of purchased items, Rodnia Entertainment will work to resolve the matter promptly. Claims of non-delivery must be submitted through our support system within seven (7) days of the transaction date.

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Rodnia Entertainment. Customers are encouraged to verify that any product or service meets their needs before completing a purchase.

10. User-Generated Content

Users may create and submit content through various Odegon platforms, including but not limited to forum posts, chat messages, guild names, emblems, and other user-generated materials (collectively "User Content").

By submitting User Content to Odegon, you grant Rodnia Entertainment a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content in connection with the operation of Odegon services.

You are solely responsible for all User Content you create or submit. User Content must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. Rodnia Entertainment does not pre-screen User Content but reserves the right to remove, edit, or modify any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Rodnia Entertainment strongly advises against sharing personal information through any Odegon platform. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the voluntary disclosure of personal information.

11. Account Termination

You may request the termination of your account at any time by submitting a request through the Odegon support system. Upon receiving a termination request, Rodnia Entertainment may apply a deactivation period of up to fourteen (14) days as a standard security measure.

Rodnia Entertainment reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account that has been inactive for a continuous period of six (6) months. Inactive accounts may be permanently deleted at the discretion of the administration.

Upon account termination, whether initiated by you or by Rodnia Entertainment, all rights granted under this Agreement cease immediately. You forfeit access to all Virtual Assets, account data, and any remaining account balance. No refunds or compensation will be provided for terminated accounts.

12. Service Availability and Maintenance

Rodnia Entertainment strives to maintain continuous availability of Odegon services but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

Rodnia Entertainment shall not be liable for any loss of data, progress, or gameplay time resulting from service interruptions, maintenance periods, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, network outages, power failures, cyberattacks, or actions of third-party service providers.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your hardware, software, and internet connection meet the requirements necessary to access and use Odegon services. Rodnia Entertainment bears no responsibility for performance issues arising from inadequate user equipment or connectivity.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

Odegon may contain links or references to third-party websites, services, or content. Rodnia Entertainment does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party resources. Accessing third-party sites is done at your own risk, and you are advised to review their respective terms and privacy policies.

Any interactions, transactions, or disputes between you and third-party providers are solely between you and the respective third party. Rodnia Entertainment shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from such interactions.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rodnia Entertainment and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Odegon services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, progress, Virtual Assets, or account information
• Inability to access or use the service
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Service interruptions, bugs, or technical malfunctions
• Actions or conduct of other users

In no event shall the total liability of Rodnia Entertainment exceed the amount you have paid to Odegon in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rodnia Entertainment and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of Odegon, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.

16. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. Rodnia Entertainment collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Odegon, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

For the purposes of maintaining game integrity and enforcing these Terms, Rodnia Entertainment may collect technical information about your system, including but not limited to IP address, hardware identifiers, operating system information, and running processes. This information is used solely for security and anti-cheat purposes.

Rodnia Entertainment may disclose user information to law enforcement authorities when required by law, court order, or when necessary to protect the safety of users or the public.

17. Modifications to Service

Rodnia Entertainment reserves the right to modify, update, expand, or discontinue any aspect of Odegon at any time, including game features, content, systems, and services. Such changes may be implemented with or without prior notice.

Game balancing adjustments, content updates, and feature modifications are a natural part of maintaining a live gaming environment. Such changes may affect the performance, functionality, or availability of in-game elements, and you acknowledge that Rodnia Entertainment is under no obligation to maintain any specific aspect of the game in its current state.

Significant changes to these Terms or to the core services will be communicated through official Odegon channels. Your continued use of Odegon following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of Odegon services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of competent courts, as determined by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Rodnia Entertainment operates.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of Rodnia Entertainment to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
